The Riga City Municipality, as the shareholder of Rīgas ūdens SIA, will convene an Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on 22 July 2026. The agenda includes consideration of the concurrent holding of offices by Imants Paeglītis, Deputy Chair of the Supervisory Board of Rīgas ūdens SIA.
