Donation (gift) procedure
LLC "Rīgas ūdens" may consider possible support for water management-related development projects in Riga and education-related initiatives in the water management sector to address shortage of specialists in the future.
As a public service provider, the LLC "Rīgas ūdens" is subject to restrictions in relation to making presents (donations) in accordance with:
- the Law on Public Service Regulators;
- the Law On Prevention of Squandering of the Financial Resources and Property of a Public Entity;
- the contract with Riga City Municipality for the provision of public water management services.
